HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO… ?
The short answer to this question is that we do not provide time estimates. It would get us in too much trouble! Every business is different, and as such, time estimates will vary depending on a number of factors and our level of involvement throughout the process.
We recommend starting with a smaller package, and offer a one-time only “top up” feature that will allow you to upgrade to a larger package for the cost of the price difference.
(In other words, you would receive the hourly rate of the upgraded package when all was said and done.)
WHICH PACKAGE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Excellent question! We created a Digital Delegation activity that will guide you through this step! You can find it by clicking here. After completing the activity, you will be well on your way to selecting the package that best suits your Digital Delegation needs.
Will you send me a proposal?
Nope! If we started submitting proposals to potential clients, we’d have raise our hourly rates. And we don’t want to do that. Though, if you want a proper proposal, we have worked with a few agencies in the past and they are more than happy to provide potential clients with in-depth proposals. (Again, it’s a privilege you’ll have to pay for.) Just let us know and we’ll make the introduction!
WILL YOU PROVIDE ME WITH A DETAILED ACCOUNT OF THE WORK YOU DO?
Absolutely! We are diligent with our time tracking habits. Once we complete the retained hours, we will finalize an invoice and forward it to you along with a copy of our time sheets.
CAN YOU MAKE INBOUND CALLS ON MY BEHALF?
Sadly, we are not equipped to help you with this service at the moment. We would be more than happy to refer you to one of our qualified colleagues.
