THE CLIENT

Coast 2 Coast Cleaners

Tasha Hedderson of Coast 2 Coast Cleaners came to The CTRL Lab wanting to revamp her DIY Wix website on a budget.ย Our objective was to re-purpose the existing website in order to create a user-friendly and informative design that helped Coast 2 Coast Cleaners differentiate from their competitors.

In addition to updating the website design elements, we also completed the following:

Reconstructed the information framework

Rewrote website copy

Created multiple on page Call-to-Action opportunities

Consulted with client on photo element requirements

The PROJECT PATH

BRANDING

Coast 2 Coast Cleaners had an existing logo they wanted to work with, however they did not have original high resolution logo design files in their possession, or know which fonts were used to create the original logo.

We identified their logo fonts and re-created the existing logo to produce high resolution design files that the client could use in all of their future marketing projects.

Finally, we built a brand kit that was heavily inspired by the existing identity.

SOCIAL MEDIA

We first began our social media marketing services with a social media audit, which was quickly followed up with a social media content marketing strategy.

Once reviewed and approved by the client, we implemented our recommendations and began to create content. As their strategy included Instagram, we opted to create a grid layout which would allow us to better arrange visuals.

Now that we were sending traffic to her website, Tasha wanted to use a portion of her retainer to revamp the DIY Wix website she had created awhile back. Our objective was to re-purpose the existing website to create a user-friendly and informative design that helped Coast 2 Coast Cleaners differentiate from the local competition.

In addition to website design customization, we also:

Rewrote website copy

Created multiple on page Call-to-Action opportunities

Consulted with the client re: a professional photoshoot and additional photo element requirementsย 

EMAIL

Tasha had noticed that some of her clients weren’t getting their homes or offices cleaned as regularly as they used to. (Sadly, this was around the time that the COVID-19 pandemic struck.)

We created an email newsletter and added a Spring Cleaning checklist that her warm leads would appreciate, and we later re-purposed into a lead magnet that could generate new leads for her cleaning company.
